For the last few years, Provided thousands of primary and high school students with awareness of personal health and hygiene, given education materials, importance of education, human rights etc..

Every year, international women’s day was observed by providing the girl students with knowledge on human rights honor to successful women/girls, providing human rights materials, education and learning materials etc. A total of 500 women and girls benefited from the events.

Identified a large number of persons with different disabilities and among them 200 families with disabled persons has been provided with economic support. Some received scribe for their educations, family economic support, family counseling, mobility aids, learning materials and other activities.

There were 20 Persons with disabilities have been honored/felicitated during the celebration of world disabled day for their achievements/as role models in the society.

For the past 7 to 8 years, Swavalambi also celebrating its anniversary by dedicating the day for promoting the education of the school going children. Various days were observed at (literacy and Mk Gandhiji Jayanthi) day in the public schools by providing nearly 500 school going children with learning materials, books, awareness of children with disability, inclusive education.

There were women (widows) were given awareness on social security schemes like pension, social security schemes, etc. A total of 25 such families (women) supported by enabling them to get benefits from the schemes.

Swavalambi is also observing the world disabled day in Bangalore to provide persons with different disabilities a platform to come together, encourage their talents-potentials, raise awareness of their equality and human rights, promote inclusive development and inclusive education, and provide some Aids-appliances. 10 persons with disabilities given mobility aids, achievers were honored, 20 children were given educational materials etc.
